What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the reception.
After reception closing hours, late-night check-in is possible by providing advance notice; otherwise, the timely presence of the staff member on site cannot be guaranteed.

In case of early arrival, guests may still register and make use of the luggage storage while waiting to receive their assigned apartment.

Check-out is required by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed in a selection of accommodations.
The presence of a pet must be declared at the time of booking. Depending on the length of stay, an additional fee will be charged.
